As a member of Minted’s in-house Brand Team, I shaped marketing deliverables that boosted brand awareness, drove sales, and enhanced the customer experience. My role spanned design, art direction, and associate brand management — translating business goals into creative solutions.
Collaborating closely with design, product, and marketing teams, I translated our strategic objectives into visually engaging, conversion-focused landing pages that showcased Minted’s artistic visual language.
Each execution amplified product storytelling and reinforced brand consistency across channels, strengthening the brand’s unique offering.
Design Process
Custom Wedding Landing Page
Minted offered a unique benefit to their wedding customers: the ability to personalize their products — to any detail or degree — with complimentary design services.
Each week, the Customer Service team replied to dozens of questions from couples who were looking to customize something specific for their wedding stationery.

Working closely with our Customer Service and User Experience team, we reviewed customer messages to identify the most common design questions.
Wireframe Sketches
Development started by first researching customer inquiries and discovering a repeated phrase: “Is it possible ....”. By honing in on this terminology, we identified nine common requests and started to build a framework to illustrate each of those cases.
