As part of Minted’s in-house Brand Team, I shaped marketing deliverables that elevated brand awareness, drove sales, and improved our customer experience. My role spanned design, art direction, and associate brand management — translating business goals into compelling creative solutions.
Collaborating with design, product, and marketing partners, I transformed strategic objectives into visually engaging, conversion-focused landing pages that embodied Minted’s distinctive artistic style.
Each page execution amplified product storytelling and reinforced brand consistency across channels, strengthening the brand’s unique offering.
Design Process
Custom Wedding Landing Page
Minted offers a standout benefit to wedding customers: the ability to personalize products down to the smallest detail with complimentary design services.
However, the Customer Service team was fielding dozens of repeated questions from couples seeking customizations for their wedding stationery. To address this, I partnered with our Customer Service and User Experience teams to review real customer messages and identify the most common requests so we could alleviate the most common questions.
Insights & Framework
By analyzing inquiries, we discovered a recurring phrase: “Is it possible…?” This insight guided our content strategy and formed the basis of our landing page design.
Design & Development
We distilled nine frequently requested customizations and developed a clear, visually driven framework to showcase how each one could be achieved.
I led the creative process from wireframe sketches to final design, ensuring the landing page was both visually inspiring and highly functional.
Focus on Case Studies
The page featured real examples, detailed explanations, and calls-to-action — empowering customers with information, inspiration and encouraging them to engage with Minted’s personalization services.
Animated Elements
I incorporated subtle animated elements that showcased a variety of styles and customization solutions to make the page more engaging. This allowed customers to see before-and-after transformations, compare different design approaches, and better visualize how their wedding stationery could be tailored.
Path to Personalization
To move customers seamlessly from inspiration to action, we embedded a direct path for couples to connect with Minted’s design team and outline their custom wedding invitation requests without leaving the page.
This section featured a clear “How It Works” guide, complete with bespoke icons and illustrations that walked customers through each step of the design process — from sharing their vision, to collaborating with a designer, to receiving the final personalized stationery.
The Finished Page
The final approach successfully reduced repetitive inquiries to Customer Service, streamlined the customization process, and reinforced Minted’s reputation for both creativity and customer care.
